When you start researching thermoforming, you’ll easily envision a schematic for how well it competes with the different types of plastic molding processes such as injection molding, blow molding, and rotational molding (rotomolding). It works so well that Plastics Unlimited embarks on expansion missions pretty regularly. The most recent boost in production power (In the Fall of 2020) came in response to the growth rate. We could see increasing production capabilities while maintaining Plastics Unlimited standards would require more space. The need was met by a 30,000 sq ft addition, designed to keep us ahead of the curve—product in, product out at the demand speed. Skilled staff was added to the process. Fifteen new professionals are now on duty.
