Sustainable manufacturing practices are at the core of what we do. We use the latest technology in our state-of-the-art facilities to practice global stewardship by reducing waste, minimizing emissions, and conserving energy.

Here’s What We’re Doing Now

• Regrinding and recycling: We recycle thousands of pounds of plastic regrind every day. Regrinding and recycling thermoplastic waste materials saves on costs and landfill space.
• Using petroleum alternatives: We are replacing petroleum with soy oil in resins.
• Producing minimal to no VOCs: Our patented TEC® process produces minimal to no VOCs. This close mold infusion process allows production with very low emissions.
• Energy-saving LEDs: We’ve switched all lights in the facility to energy-saving LEDs.
• Renewable energy: We purchase about 50% of our electricity from renewable energy sources.
